1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MANIA Bot website ("Site") and the MANIA Bot software and related services ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Service.

2. Service Description

MANIA Bot provides a software application designed to assist users with gameplay in MapleStory ("Game"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

Features include, but are not limited to, auto farming, auto questing, buff management, multi-character support, and security features intended to enhance the user experience.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable game terms of service (including Nexon's Terms of Service for MapleStory).

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and compliance with all applicable laws and game rules. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of service of the Game or any applicable law.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.

Disclaimer: Using third-party software like MANIA Bot may violate the terms of service of MapleStory and could result in penalties, including account suspension or termination. You use MANIA Bot at your own risk. We are not responsible for any actions taken against your game account by Nexon or any other third party.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Fees

Access to the MANIA Bot Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) as specified at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us (through our processor) to charge your chosen payment method.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the billing portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law or during the specified trial period, if applicable.

Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increases.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, the Service, and all underlying technology, including software, code, graphics, logos, and content (excluding user-provided content), are the exclusive property of MANIA Bot and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the associated Software License Agreement.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT RESULT IN THE DETECTION OR PENALIZATION OF YOUR GAME ACCOUNT.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANIA BOT, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Liability Exclusions

This limitation applies regardless of the cause, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or
  • Any action taken against your game account by the game publisher or operator.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Termination by You & Effects

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation:

  • Ownership provisions
  • Warranty disclaimers
  • Indemnity
  • Limitations of liability

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, typically via email or a notice on the Site. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
